In January of 2016 I hosted a lens through a photography forum. The lens is one of two floating around the USA. There are actually 5 or 6 Nifties floating around the world. The premise is the person with the lens needs to take photos of locations near their home sort of showing where the Nifty has been.

The Nifty is a Canon 50mm f/1.8 II which is an inexpensive $100 plastic lens that actually takes nice pictures (actually, I'm the one taking the pictures. The lens is just one of the tools I'm using to take the pictures). But it's a really nice lens for what you'd pay for it.

Snow... In Georgia!?!?!

 Shop Project February 1st, 2016

Here's the shop project I am starting on. Goal is to have the old one tore down and replaced with a whole new building by Fall 2016.

Note the collapsed ceiling in the back.

...not the greatest selection of lumber to build a shed with. Mine will be better.

Spare tires from my old riding lawn mower. They won't hold air the way they sit but I can put inner tubes in them and those will hold air.

Temporary storage room for the things I am keeping.

Some old tinsel that rolled out of the loft as I was pulling stuff down...

Not the greatest wiring job here... This was wired directly to a circuit breaker in an AC panel... Why???

Some more great wiring prose going on here.. .Let's cut the end of a drop cord and use it as a plug in location hanging from the middle of the ceiling...

Wood floors are rotting away.

Previous owners shop manuals. These were pretty expensive so I'm told...

Some things I'm keeping. Most of it was mine to begin with.

Hauling this to the dumpster.
